1. The registration fee will be paid by credit card (VISA, Master) via mobile or credit card (VISA, Master, UnionPay), FPS, Alipay or WeChat Pay via desktop.
2. HKUST do not collect and store your payment information. By "Proceed", your online payments are processed via third party payment processor and no refund will be allowed.
3. In registering the above seminar, attendees agree to the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, and this  Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”)  provided by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (“HKUST”) for the purposes of complying with the notification requirements under the  Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong (“PDPO”)  when collecting personal data. It should be read in conjunction with  HKUST’s Data Privacy Policy Statement (“PPS”) . The personal data collected from you will be provided to and used by relevant Departments / Organizations within or outside HKUST for the aforementioned seminars, and related purposes. HKUST will handle all personal data with strict security and confidentiality, and in compliance with the PDPO and PPS. Personal data will be kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes and will be destroyed once it is no longer required.
